Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from Alpha Dox.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged at checkout is the price in effect at the time your order is placed. MRP is shown where applicable alongside our selling price.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed via Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount charged will be refunded in full.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically at the frequency you select at checkout. You can pause, modify, or cancel an active subscription at any time from your account's Subscriptions page — cancelling stops all future billing immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Delhivery. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns Policy.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (including OTP codes sent to you) and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Alpha Dox and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Dox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
